Terms of Service

These terms apply to Agency OS, the internal workspace operated by Alt Tab Media at https://prashukjain.com (“the Service”). By signing in you agree to them.

1. Who can use the Service

The Service is for Alt Tab Media employees and for clients and candidates we invite. Accounts are created by us. You must keep your password private and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.

2. Acceptable use

Use the Service only for work with Alt Tab Media. Do not try to access information you have not been given access to, share client or colleague data outside the Service, upload unlawful or harmful files, or interfere with the Service’s security or operation.

3. Your content

Files, messages and other content you add remain yours or your organisation’s. You give us permission to store and process them to run the Service. Content added as part of your work for Alt Tab Media is governed by your employment or service agreement.

4. Connected services

Some features connect to third-party services such as Google Calendar (to create Google Meet links), Zoho Invoice, email and WhatsApp providers. Your use of those services is also subject to their own terms.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

6. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or remove access if these terms are broken, when employment or an engagement ends, or to protect the Service and its users.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Alt Tab Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
